DAM! The blackened prime rib was excellent. My husbands gumbo was amazing .... The desserts ..... OMG. and we never get dessert! Jessica was a awesome server & the cooks are great too. Have to try the Blue Bayou, very good drink.

My wife and I had the fried okra for starters which was well fried and had a great sauce side. We followed that with some house sangria which was fantastic. For our dinners we had the shrimp po-boy which while it only had 3 large shrimp on it had great flavors and some really good garlic fries, we also had a side of greens with bacon (a MUST) as well as the daily special which was a blackened catfish with cheesy grits and green beans and that tasted fantastic and very southern. We finished up the dinner with a sweet potato hand pie which obviously had homemade camel overtop and had a mountain of flavor. All in all we were very happy and the prices were great! We thought the new condensed menu was fantastic and allowed them to focus on their menu much better.

My oyster po'boy was more than ten dollars, but the oysters we're tender and flavorful. It comes with cocktail or tartar sauce but it didn't need to, the coleslaw was excellent dressing. The bread was delicious, butter and garlicky.
